I am looking for a couple quick configuration tips for my PIX using PDM 3.0. I have VPN set up, but once behind it, I cannot browse the public internet. I would like to enable this, but am a bit worried about the security risks. Any suggestions or recommendations?

On another front, I had to change the eth0 settings on a machine behind my PIX. Ater rebooting it, though, the NAT translation set on the firewall no longer works. I have tried deleting and re-adding the translation rules, but still no joy. What am I missing?!

Thanks in advance.

Still no luck. Anyone have any insight here?

I assume you mean that you want to access the internet when connected thru your vpn!? You need to enable split tunneling then. But be aware of the risks that follows. Having the tunnel up and internet access avaible is nothing i recommend my customers.

The seconed question, dont really understand. Can you be more specific?

cheers

Marty
