Configure Outlook automatically with GPO?

I just setup the pop3 server that comes with Windows 2003 Server and am wondering if it is even possible to automatically add an account through GPO if the user has outlook on their workstation to access the new server? If it is possible how would I go about configuring this?

I've not done it on my dnetwork but if you downlad the office 2003 resource kit and grab the ADM files out of it and put them into your GPMC and you can push down outlook settings.
