Hi there,
I have 6 sites within the same domain on each site I have a DC working as DNS and GC, I have the main DNS name reverse "domain.lan" on each DC but not sure about ow to configure the forward lookup zone so that the root server can see all forward lookup zones. anyone have some ideas ? should all forward be secondary on the root DC or primary ? and then later AD integrated. I have problems with one DC that does not replicate the AD information to the Root server, using ADReplication Monitor the faulting DC is not on the List, and if i try to make a manual link in Sites and services under NTDS it failes with dns lookup failure...
If i do nslookup both servers can answer each other both reverse and forward.
Any help is appreciated
Lars
