when i try to change the language (of an other account, for my son) it always turns bach to English VS.

Configuration screen - Country .... - LAnguages -
change to Dutch en agree.
But when i leave it's bach to Englisch.
On my own account i can change it.

What would happen if you temporarily promoted your son to an Administrator, made the necessary changes, then returned him to his original user rights?
