Whenever I boot my system I receive this error message,
"Problem loading settings, Configuration Registry Key Invalid". My system will boot up with a generic desktop, instead of my saved settings. To make matters worse, none of the icons respond to the mouse or the keyboard. I can move my arrow about, but I get nothing when I click on any icon. Same response from keyboard. No matter how many times I reboot, this continues. I have to turn my pc off using the power button. I can't even start up in safe mode. Please help. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.
