Hi,
We're currently planning our new infrastructure, which will be a single Exchange 2003 server behind a single ISA 2004 server acting as a proxy/firewall.
We have less than 50 users (consultants) in the company.
Our consultants are generally away on client site, so we want them to be able to access their mailboxes via:
- OWA
- RPC over HTTP
- POP3 (maybe)
- plus normal office network access.
I've read all the published Microsoft documentation regarding deployment - However i'd just like to get some 'real world' advice - particularly about which ports i need to open up on the ISA server? Will this solution be secure enough? Any special considerations?
We want to avoid putting in a front end Exchange server as i don't think we have enough users to justify it (yet).
Any advice very gratefully absorbed!!
thanks.
