Config issue

Howdy folks. I have a question posed to me by another admin, and I'm posting on his behalf and sending him a link, here goes:

i have some problem with citrix metaframe presentation server
i am using RAS port with modems built in ,i am not able to get that ports available in citrix connection configuration.i have only option to create tcp connections
i am using win2003 server
with out getting the async ports i am not able to create dail in connections to the citrix server .
i tried by connecting extenal modem to server on com1 port still i am not able to create async dail in connection

Have a look at page 44 and 196 of the FR3 admin guide on win2k3. It's no longer supported:

Remote users can connect to MetaFrame XP servers over TCP/IP only. Terminal
Services in Windows Server does not support remote connections over IPX/SPX,
NetBIOS, and asynchronous transports.
