Config before install

Morning! I'm going from 3 locations connected over a frame relay with one isp at corporate to a T1 at each location and setting up P-to-P VPNs to each location. I have a 506e at Corp. and a 501 at each plant. I'm assuming that I should hook all three into a little linksys router on my desk and get them talking to each other and setup offline before I ship them out to the plants?
I've been trying to learn PIX config stuff by reading online etc, but It's a little overwhelming. I have a smartnet contract, think they'd get fed up if I got a tech and had him walk me through everything I needed to do?

Always test before shipping if you can. A T1 loopback cable is easy to make or you can put to V.35 cables back to back.

Sometimes the simplest of things can cause you the most grief when trying to work remotely.

Can't find a command to turn off dhcp on the PIX, it should be fairly simple?
