We have about several teams here in house.
Of these (roughly 40 main) 2 use VOIP Phones.
1 uses the I2004 hard phones
1 use the I2050 Softphones
I have a user on the softphone side state that when she conferences in someone on the hard phone side she cannot hear them or speak with them until she brings the client (original caller) into the conversation.
Is there a difference on how the VOIP phones conference ver the digital sets that we have (390X)?
