Conferencing Centre

I have lost the password for conferencing centre.if you reinstall the software you still cannot access the password setup screen.Has anyone foumd a way around this without changing the PC.I cannot find anything in the registry.

Any ideas?

I've had this at a site as well as Contact Store. If you know SQL Server well, connect to the DB with Enterprise Manager - locate the correct table and there will be a user table. Just change the password within there - works a treat! Or even add a new user in with a blank password to check....

Thanks but i do not have Enterprise Manager which looks like an expensive software download. Is there another programme i could use instead?
