Conferenced parties are dropped after conference phone hangs-up

Hello All,
Hoping to get some help on an confrencing issue. I am currently running Avaya S8500 CM4.0, I have SES with registered 4620 IP phones as SIP. These phones are also added to the S8500 as 4620 type stations nad mapped them using "off-pbx-telephone station-mapping" command.

All is great until we perform a conference using one of the 4620 SIP phones. The three-way conference completes successfully, but if the conferencing SIP phone hangs-up all parties are dropped. I verified all my conference settings on my "sys-param feat" page and i also tested using digital stations(8410D). Using the digital stations the parties remain in the call when the conferencing phone hangs-up.

Does anyone know if this is a bug or is it my config?
