Hi!

We're running Merlin mail v.?? I've taken over an extension of the former conf. room. Nobody has the password and reception has been sending calls to this extension. Is there a way for the Admin. to over-ride the password without losing the Voicemails?

thanks

Marty

I replied in your other thread, but yes, just log into the system administrator's mailbox, go to mailboxes or extensions, and follow the prompts to re-initalize the password. Then you can set a new password on the next log-in, or if it is a really old Merlin Mail, re-initalizing will set it to 1234.

You might also want to remove the extension from VM coverage. Does a conference room really need it?
