Conference call problems 1

I have a Definity g3si with a problem if you try and conferenece 2 external calls with 1 internal it will not let you. You can conference 3 internal calls but not external .

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have checked the nomal COS and COR with another G3si, but cannot see any differences ...

Put another "call-app" on the phone or change "restrict last appearence" for that extension to "no", that should do it.

Type, "change sys fea" in the switch and fine the below options:

Public Network Trunks on Conference Call: 5
Conference Parties with Public Network Trunks: 6

See if they are restricted to a lower number.

Thanks for that, they public networks trunk was set to 1. I have change it to 5 and the problem has gone away.
