Conference Bridge Scheduler

Does anyone know of a good application to handle Conference Bridge scheduling? The built in conference bridge in IPO is a great feature but it lacks any controls. I'm concerned that the users will tie up all the trunks with conference bridge calls. I would like to implement a schedule to limit the number of conference channels at any given date/time. Ideally, I would also like to be able to monitor how many conference channels are utilized for scheduled conference calls. Does anyone use or know of something that might work? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I had heard that but now I'm being told by my Avaya sources that this functionality won't be in the upcoming release.

Put the conference IDs into hunt groups and then put some buttons on a manager's phone to put them out of service. Keep the DID numbers secret.

they had a first class conference centre but scrapped it years ago. Can't be that hard to give it a bit of CPR and revive it?

I have heard through the grapevine that conference bridge scheduling is going to be included in release 9.1 but not conference channel reservation. Does anyone know of a way to limit meetme conference calls to certain trunks or certain number of trunks?
