Conference Bridge Meet Me question

hi Guys
Not sure if this is possible....

User creates scheduled conference call
Sets user and participant codes
all participants get the conference invite email

If 1 user doesn't answer the conference call, and they ring back the bridge number, is there a way to only let them in if they use the correct pin codes?
I know this is possible on vmpro by setting up all the user pins but can vmpro read the participant code from the User profile and/or host code, so that only those invited get through. I am trying to avoid having to manage both the vmpro module pin codes by matching them up to the user ones in Onex. Or even a short code which verifies the pin code of the user?
