Is there any normal reason why after my midnght routines I get:
DIS CONF 01 SLOT30 DIS CONF 01 SLOT 31 DIS CONF 17 SLOT 30 DIS CONF 17 SLOT 31
This has been happening ever since I took over this Option 61C . I know that these are the locations for my Conf/TDS cards but is it normal?
When I do a Stat 1 or Stat 17 in LD 38 I get:
CNFC 00 DSBL XXBUSY
CHAN 02 DSBL XXBUSY
But when I do a lcnf 1 or lcnf 17 in LD 38 I get:
DSBL NONE
BUSY XX XX
Also on a side note I have had some reports of bleed over conversation being picked up when using observe feature in our Call Center. It seemed to pick up an in progress conference call from a different department.
Has anyone had these problem?
