conditionally format the the bar size in the bar chart

Can any one tell me weather it's possible for me to conditionally format the the bar size in the bar chart
I need this to do this because i have a chart in every group, and some groups have more rows of data and some rows have only a few. so the chart with few rows has very wide bar and others has thin bar.
How can i make these bar size look the same?

As far as I know, you can't do this. You could insert the chart multiple times, in different group sections, e.g., GF_a, GF_b, etc., and design each to have different widths. Then conditionally suppress the group sections based on the number of records in the group. Might get you close.
