Concurrent Access Licenses

We are using crystal reports 8.0 in a custom built web application. Our reports that use the web component server do not have any trouble seeing that we have oodles of concurrent licenses, but our reports that use asp pages get the following error after 5 people log on:
Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer error '80047cd5'

There are not enough Concurrent Access Licenses to log you on ...

Does anyone know:
How to add additional licenses to the web server (so that I can verify we did it correctly) and

How to make sure that our asp pages can see the licenses.

Yup. There is a 5 CAL limit on CR web apps. Hard stop and you will need to contact your account manager or Crystal for additional licenses.
