Concatenating fields by name

Is it possible to go from this:

John Smith ProgramID_3
John Smith ProgramID_5

to this?!

John Smith ProgramID_3 ProgramID_5

In other words, just have one name - concatenating the program IDs. I've tried coming up with a solution but have been unsuccessful. Thank you
