Not sure if anyone can help on this one. I heard that the Avaya world is changing alot in the US. My understanding is the 'Telecom Analyst' of this world will become redundant in the future. The question is big for me when thinking about Certification and the continual learning process. I heard that all these switches installed throughout the UK will become more IT based.
Would be greatful on any feedback.
