Hello

I have an XP Pro Operating system in my computer. After I opened the Internet in two minutes my computer will shut off and restart automatically.

Before shutting down it is showing a kind flash memory error which i could'nt read because the computer is shutting down fast.

Please someone can help me to solve this problem.

Thank you

your first step will have to be disabling the automatic reboot so you can see what the message is. It can be anything an overheating hard drive to bad memory, or just a bad driver install...

go to start, control panel, system, advanced, startup and recovery, and under system failure uncheck automatically restart. This should keep the blue screen up ala windows nt's blue screen of death.
