I have had several users complain to me that their computers are very slow. When I look at the processes the explorer.exe process is running @ 99%. If I reboot it goes away, but during the next reboot or a couple after it will go back. Has anyone had this issue before? I checked for spyware, viruses and i also cleaned out the RUN registry. Everything seems fine.
