COMPUTER REBOOTS WHEN ACCESSING MAIL

I have a client, that says every time they try accessing mail, the computer reboots itself. Client is running Microsoft Outlook 2003. I need suggestions on what could be causing this.

If your client is on a dial-up, you should check to make sure that it isn't set to hang up after checking mail in the 'mail setup' tab.
