I need to enter a username and password to access other computers on the network, even when a user is a member of the domain admins group, how do I disable this?

I guess your talking about going through network neighboorhood. Try adding the computers to the Servers List in Active Directory Users and computers.

Is the computer your tryin to reach part of the domain? Also might wanna check for any policies set on this computer. One that I would suspect is Computer Configuration > Security settings > local policies > user rights assignment > "Access this computer from the network"

Check the Domain GPO, Site GPO and and OU GPO that the computer is in. Also don't forget to check the Local Policy on the computer just incase there other GPO settings are not defined.

Let me know how it goes
