Been playing around the last few days, and unable to find a way to change a client computer name from the server. We are changing the naming scheme and need to change all the computer names. We are hoping we dont have to travel to other plants just to change names. Any idea of what we can do?

Computer name change Remotely from server??

Natively withing Windows, this is not possible. You must be locally on the box to change the name.
However, you could probably accomplish this using third party software or developing a script:
