Should I create computer accounts for Windows 9X machines?

I've read this somewhere recently but couln't remember where...

I would think no, but I'm not an expert.

You do not join Win 9x/ME machines to the domain. Your users can log into the domain from such machines, but the machine itself is not part of the domain.
