Not sure if this will answer your question.
In Office 2000 and XP there is a filters.txt file located here: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\1033"
I use it with Outlook XP. Also, you can make updates to it as needed.
I turn the Junk/Adult mail features on and have all mail that fits the filters list routed to a junk mail folder (so I don't lose anything legitamite) using the Rules Wizard.
