Component problem (permission denied).

Hi Everyone!

I've registered a control I need ( regsvr32 c:\WINNT\System32\Grid32.ocx ), however, when I try referencing this component in Visual Basic 6.0 from
project->components, check it when I click on the apply button appears a messagebox showing "Permission Denied".

Does anyone knows why this message appears and how I can correct it?
