Component Categories Manager

I recently began to have problems with the DTS Designer. When I try to open an existing package, I am getting a "Error occured during creation of DTS Package". If I try to create a new package, I get a "Could not create Component Categories Manager" error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You might try reinstalling the client tools on your workstation (not the server) and see if that fixes it.

Yes, reinstall... it looks like somehow one more more of your COM objects got messed up...
