I've been trying to figure out how to do this for a couple of days now, and thought I might ask if what I want is even do-able.

I use Access to generate a list of products; the report generates an HTML table, which is then manually uploaded.

What I would like to do is have Access generate the report, but with two additional features:

1) The ability to select items from the list of products (a toggle, etc. for each individual item)

2) The ability to submit a list of the selected items *and* additional information (a form with name, address, e-mail, etc.) via e-mail.

I have a little bit of HTML, and a decent amount of Access, but not a whole lot of experience with either. If anyone has any brilliant ideas as to how to get this to come together, I sure would appreciate the help. Thanks!

Hello, Off hand I would say yes, you can do both if my understanding is correct that you wish to generate an Access report based on toggles and then email the results (in Html?).

I would further add that you might be able to accomplish the same without a report. Create the body of the email based on the toggle suggestions from your form.

Is that what you wish to do?
