I have been using and installing Cox's web based Voice Manager telephone service and really like the on line ability to instantly change features for my customers. Voice Manager is using Broadsoft and is very feature rich and for the most part easy to use.
I have been at a loss to understand why Century Link has not started to offer a competing web based telephone service like Cox. Century Links cost per line is much higher and I still have to place orders with the business to make any changes to the customers features.
The reason I ask is Cox does not cover the entire area but Century Link does. Does anyone know if Century Link has any plans to combat Cox in the arena?
