Compatability Problems

I have recently created an application in Access for a client. It works fine on my machine at work, but upon istalling it on the clients machine it get quirky. The mail merge reports won't merge automatically and someties errors pop up saying that admin currently has rights to the database. Any ideas or suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks a lot in advance.....

I'm not to best person to talk to, but I would think that some one it claiming exclusive use of the db at some point... based on : pop up saying that admin currently has rights to the database

Do you have security in place on the db?? is more then one person using it??

is the user perhaps opening the db twice?? (I've seen that cause wierd problems...)

These are just thoughts...
