COMPAS Doc Needed...

I've recently turned up the Calling Party Number Activation feature on the Intuity. I'm missing a couple steps somewhere, and COMPAS Doc 68190 has that info. Unless someone here is familiar with the appropriate steps??? I've changed the hunt group on page 2 to Y. and also changed the subscriber to disclaimer instead of call-answer... any help..please.

I think that this is a 'green' feature - requiring Avaya turn on.

Correct. It was a green feature that needed to be purchased & turned up. The COMPAS doc, explained how tierIII activated the feature. Originally Denver turned up the wrong "green-feature" on our Intuity, and I scratched my head for days trying to figure out why CPN wasn't working, and that document helped me uncover their mistake.
