Compaq Presario power lead

Hello and thanks in advance for any help. I have a Compaq Presario 1920 laptop in perfect working order except...... I have lost the AC Power lead adapter, I have found this item on a website for a stupid price i.e £64 anyone know of a better solution?????? Cheers

I had a similar problem with my keyboard (needed an adaptor).

I found one at an electronics store that has 6 different plug types (attachable), AC/DC Switch, and a huge range of voltages available (3V - 15V) which is around the voltage required by a laptop! All for £10. Amazing.
