I focused on the User Guide and Tech Guide. (Both in the links above) The Tech Guide is probably information overload, but worth having on hand to accompany the User Guide. You may find others useful such as the clustering manual. With the 14 or so PDF files, you should be set. To my knowledge a book does not exist.
