We are having another company merge with ours. They are currently using MS Exchange 2003 and are obviously a totally different domain name. E.g abc.com

We are using Exchange 2000 and are a different domain name xyz.com

They will no longer be using their exchange server as we will be setting up user accounts for them in our active directory and then import their E-mails, contacts and calendar from their Outlook.

Question: They want all e-mail sent to the old e-mail addresses to forward to the new e-mail address, what would be the easiest way to accomplish this?

Unfortunately. They are only 5 user company with 5 exchange licenses and we are about 50 users so it is not cost effective for us to move to Exchane 2003 at this time.

Change their MX record to point to yours and setup a a policy on your server to accept mail for that domain.
