Company Directory- Dial By Last Name

For the company directory I know there is a way to search/dial by last name. Am I correct though that I can list someone's first and last name in the system because of character limitations?

7 character limitation on the phone display

15 characters in the call pilot, which is what is used for dial by name.

Make sure last name goes first...

There is a setting in Callpilot to have Bionic Betty say First name, Last name or Both (name).
