We have a companion phone system on our Option 11C phone switch.
I received a "UTAM Failure" message, so I put in new UTAM Codes and it said successful, however, when I try and do a "Re-Eval" of the system, it states that it's disabled.
The second thing I did was put in a new list of UTAM Codes, then I disabled the CMC Controller card, pulled it out for about for 30 seconds, reseated it, enabled the card and the system went into "System Startup" mode, however, it never did a "System Eval" (should be done automatically) and eventually I received the "UTAM Failure" message.
Does anybody out their have any idea how I should proceed. I know that this technology/system is pretty much dead, however, my company isn't ready to make a change.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You
