Hi all,

I would like to schedule a database to be compacted and repaired on a weekly basis. I created a shortcut like so:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\msaccess.exe" C:\Cash\Ver2\Database\BRANCHDB.mdb /user admin /pwd j1gglypuff2000! /compact /repair

But I must be doing something wrong cos it just gives me a log in box with the Admin user name. However, when I do the same for a non-password protected db, there are no problems.

Any help gratefully received as usual :) Missy Ed
