Is anyone using Compact Contact Center? Is there an evaluation copy available.

I have a small call center set up, and would like to be able to get simple statistics and reports.

Any help would be appreciated.

The only way to evaluate it that I know of is to borrow a set of licenses off your re-seller and install the application on a spare machine.

There is a demo version but its not live.
