Hello one and all.
I've been having problems with CCC for the past 2 months, it turns out that the problem is a coms problem with the pc to server email.
However the reports we have programed in on the administrator page, and then run through the preset reports (so we don't need to enter the information again and again)
However when we run the reports from the preset tab they show no calls.
but when we run a report and enter the same information into the report we get all the calls that should be there, i've tried deleteing a report and making it again, but now it's not showing up in the preset tab ?!?!?
Do i have to wait for it to get to the run time i set, before it will show it's self in the preset tab ?
Also this has been the second compelte reinstall of CCC on this box (this time with SQL as the database)
