I was speaking to a CommVault advanced IDA support person and they said that they are working on revamping their whole site to include a better knowledge base and creating forum discussions.
I agree there support website is ok for downloads but the knowledge base sucks. I always have to call or e-mail to get an answer to a problem. The good news is that the knowledge base they use must be good because I usually get a respond back within a few hours with the fix.
