Hi,
I am using CommVault for Backup & Restore Operations.I have couple of questions ,for which I would like to get some answers.
1)How are the different backup streams identified by CommVault?All the data seems to be written in 500MB file sizes inside CV_MAGNETIC folder on my disk library.Is there any way for me to delete the contends of CV_MAGNETIC from CommVault(an erase or format command,perhaps),so that I can do a backup on an empty disk library?
2)The restore operation is failing after I issue the restore command from the CLI.Restore works well from the GUI, but not through the CLI.Can anyone help me with this? I tried the same command which i saved as a text from the GUI, but that also doesn't work.The restore job is added to the job controller,but the data is not getting restored.
