I am setting up users with custom ICA connections within Program Neighborhood on a Windows XP client OS. There may be some turnover in users, so I want all these PN settings and custom ICA connections to be picked up by all current users and any users created on that client in the future. As it is now, I have to recreate them for every user.

How can I create custom ICA settings that are common to all users?

Thank you for your help.

Copy the appsrv.ini from

C:\Documents and Settings\"yourusername"\Application Data\ICAClient\appsrv.ini

to

C:\Program Files\Citrix\ICA Client\appsrv.src

Then when a new user logs in, these settings will be used as default!

Cheers,
Carl.

Remember, this will only affect NEW users when their Profile is created. If changes will be made after this, the appsrv.ini files in the users individual profiles will need to be created. Is there a central location that the .ICA files could be kept to centralize the files. This would limit any updates to a single location. What client are you using?
