OK, here is the problem, I know how to create the comment form, but what i need to know is how it works, how do i make the comments appear on my website, (just like here when i am posting this question, what do i need to do to create this kind of comment form). I have a website created in dreamweaver HTML, what do i need to do, is there a behavior for it, a plugin, what? Please help.
Thank you

You need some kind of server-side code (php, asp, etc.) to process the comments and save them to a database or other file structure. It cannot be done with html alone.
