Can anyone help me devise the proper command to do the following:

I wish to monitor all port 23 traffic between two specific hosts. I need to do this on a 4506 switch and a 3825 router.
 
I think they meant they wanted to monitor all traffic on TCP port 23 between 2 hosts. For that you would need a sniffer such as wireshark and mirror the port.
 
Thanks for the replies - the problem was traced to a firewall config issue at my hosting provider.
