Command Prompt Problems

Hi,

I recently had a serious maleware / spyware issue on my laptop. I've run all of the recommended processes (hijack, spybot, adaware, MS Antispyware) and it appears that I removed any problems there. I now have one last issue. I can no longer run regedit or ping or any other function at the command prompt. You can see the error screens I get here:

Any ideas how I can fix this would be appreciated.
