Is there a way to log the history of the commands run on a router and switch ? or a way to add login's to that would register/log the history in a log file ... Either locally or remotely?

Currently we all share the same login and there are 5 users plus some three consultants...

Stuff gets changed and no one admits to it..

any suggestions would help...

You can log to a syslog server. Kiwi is a freebie. You can also set up AAA for command authorization if you have ACS. Another option is to set up a local database on the router with usernames and passwords and tie that to command authorization which then gets logged to Kiwi so you can track who's in the router and making changes.
