I've searched in the forum but i'm unsure what to look for regarding this problem.

It's an easy one i think.

I have a button on my form which when i press it takes me to a second page where i can change the details on the first as the first page is view only.

If i'm on record 6 on the first page and press the button it takes me to record 1 on the second page.

Is there a way of setting the button or page so that whatever record your on when you press the button it takes you to the same record and makes it so you can't get off that specific record.

Thank you for your time

Have a look at the Filter and FilterOn properties of the Form object.

Hope This Helps, PH.
