Comlete Report on Out Calls from Agent Login ID's

Does any one know how to get a full report on the actual number of outcalls placed from an Agent. I am using 61C with 3.0 software and My SCCS records don't seem to jive with the CDR that is attached to the PBX. WE are using speed dial numbers for the agents to transfer and conference out on.

Any help would be appreciated as the CIO would like to be able to count all calls in and out.
